- Approval of Minutes for January 16, 2019 meeting - Click Here (Note: February Board meeting was canceled due to snowstorm.)
2. Diversity Planning Process for Textile Center - Karl Reichert (6:05 - 6:15 pm)
- Textile Center was selected to be the case study for a graduate course at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Twenty-one graduate students participated in the course titled: "Stakeholder Skills for Leaders & Planners." The all-day session was held on Saturday, Feb. 9. This is the description from the course catalogue: "Stitching Stakeholder Ideas into a Diversity Plan for Textile Center" This semester our real-world client is Executive Director Karl Reichert of Textile Center, just east of campus at 3000 University Avenue S.E. Minneapolis. His organization celebrates its 25th year in 2019 and is halfway into a five-year strategic plan that calls for a plan to "Expand and Diversify Participation." The question for us to answer is: "HOW?"
3. Facilities Update - Dick Gilyard, Karl Reichert & Nancy Gross (6:15 to 6:25 pm)

- Board Resolution: Letter to Winthrop & Weinstine Board acknowledging generous pro-bono support related to the acquisition of 3018 University Ave. SE parking lot and work related to 3300 University Ave. SE. (Attached below.)
- Upgrades to current systems for security and phones
4. Finance Committee - Karl Reichert & Jayne Usery (6:25 to 6:50 pm)
- Review of January & February 2019 Financials (Financial narratives and dashboards attached below)
- Motion: Accept January & February 2019 Financials
- Review of FY20 Operating Budget (Budget and support materials attached below)
- Motion: Approve FY20 Operating Budget
5. Board Governance / Nominating - Mariana Shulstad (6:50 to 7:10 pm)
- Review slate of nominations for Board members and officers (slate and bios attached below)
- Motion: Elect slate of new and returning Board members as presented by the Nominating Committee
- Motion: Elect slate of officers as presented by the Nominating Committee
